Pets:

Pets are to be accompanied while outdoors.

Pets are not permitted to run loose.

Please do not allow pets to use shrubs and small plants to urinate.

Prompt clean up of waste.

We reserve the right to not allow certain pets.

Electricity:

For monthly tenants electricity is limited to 1000 KW. Additional electricity used we ask for $0.15 per KW reimbursement.

RV’S:

RV’S must have there own restroom and bathing facility. We do not have restroom or showers available.

Primitive Camping:

Sorry primitive camping is not allowed. All campers must have there own restroom facility.
